		<description>The trouble is figuring when to ask for a rating.  Deleting an app is an action, so asking for a rating at that time is no problem; it&#039;s just adding another step to the process.

On the other hand, Keeping is not an action.  You&#039;d have to ask for a rating when Launching or Quitting or Using the app.  All of those would be an interrupting whatever task the user was trying to accomplish.</description>

		<description>I really like that feature. The ratings are only counted to the combined stars of the app and not show as a review without content.

However, I&#039;m disappointed that you don&#039;t get a reminder after a week to rate the apps you are keeping.</description>
